The Australia region does not appear to have been covered by the fix rolled out on Friday.
The fix has now been applied to this region's infrastructure and the issue has been resolved.
We are currently investigating this incident.
We are rolling out a fix to all affected customers, full functionality should be restored shortly.
A fix deployed yesterday afternoon to resolve an issue with low-resolution front covers introduced a bug with the garbage collection which resulted in the front cover background being empty after a set number of covers had been regenerated.We are currently working on rolling out a fix.
The service running the shortcode system encountered an error and stopped, and a recent update removed the automated restart of this service in the event of failure. This has now been remedied.
Service has been restored, we are still investigating the cause.
Both of these issues have now been resolved.
We have deployed a fix and are monitoring the result.
