    We have determined this issue appears to only have affected a single procedure: Local Anaesthetic (A03), and appears to be related to a bug in the publication flow. We have re-published this content and the issue should now be resolved, however we are continuing our investigation to determine the root cause and have temporarily disabled the publication workflow while we do so. Further updates will be posted to this incident.
