We are rolling out a fix to all affected customers, full functionality should be restored shortly.

A fix deployed yesterday afternoon to resolve an issue with low-resolution front covers introduced a bug with the garbage collection which resulted in the front cover background being empty after a set number of covers had been regenerated.

We are currently working on rolling out a fix.

The service running the shortcode system encountered an error and stopped, and a recent update removed the automated restart of this service in the event of failure. This has now been remedied.

Service has been restored, we are still investigating the cause.

Both of these issues have now been resolved.

A known-good image was deployed to the production cluster and we are monitoring the fix.

The resolution of the earlier HL7 incident led to a bad image being applied to the production environment in error, causing login failures.

HL7 services restored and system is fully operational.

HL7 service connector was restarted by a monitoring service.
